Why I fail to activate the program after purchase?

Situation 1. Purchased an Unsuitable Subscription

This happens when you mistakenly purchased a wrong license code that’s not available for your operation system. If yes, you should immediately contact our support team [email protected] to issue a refund and purchase a new one.

Situation 2. Unmatched Program Version

This might happen when VideoHunter releases a new version and you forget to update it, especially when you purchase the license code on VideoHunter official website. You can always download the latest program version from the VideoHunter official website, or upgrade the program through the pop-up notification when you launch VideoHunter. If it still doesn't work, please contact our support team via [email protected] and they will offer help.

Other Possible Causes

Besides the situations above, there are other possible causes you can check:
A. Your email address is not the one you used to purchase the program;
B. While entering the license code or email, you mistakenly enter any other extra characters accidentally, for example, a space or a comma;
C. Your network connection is not stable at that time.
